THAI SOFT STEM OOLONG
The tea is identical to Taiwan's elegance
Formosa Oolong tea. No one have heard of this tea because all tea
produced were sold to Taiwanese tea traders to be resale as their very
expensive Formosa Oolong tea.
To brew, use 1 heaping teaspoon of tea leaves for an 8 Oz. cup or
mug. The water temperature should be about 75-80 degrees Celsius. For the first steeping, pour approximately 1-2 oz of hot water
over the tea leave, quickly pure out water then pouring 6 oz of hot
water over tea leave and let steep for 2-3 minutes. For the second and
third steeping. let the tea steep for much longer time. 100g
