This is the tea that has all the green tea benefits and the elegance  taste of the expensive Formosa Oolong. The tea only undergone 10-15% oxidation right after the harvest even before it reach our factory.

To brew, use 1 heaping teaspoon of tea leaves for an 8 Oz. cup or mug. The water temperature should be about 75-80 degrees Celsius. For the first steeping,  pour approximately 1-2 oz of hot water over the tea leave, quickly pure out water then pouring 6 oz of hot water over tea leave and let steep for 2-3 minutes. For the second and third steeping.  let the tea steep for much longer time.
